The "gaps" are so important all the way around. Letting her develop her leadership qualities but yet experience being in the middle and at the end reminds me of Eric working in a factory first and knowing what it is like to be a floor worker. He can relate with the workers on the floor which makes him a better manager. We see our daughter wanting to interact with the adults and teachers quiet often too. I think it is them trying to win the attention of the caregivers. We've had to really push our daughter to interact more with her classmates too.<BR/><BR/>Glad to hear her math skills are good and that her confusion is due to the language.
